I'm not sure this is entirely appropriate, considering the march was a protest against the president's inaction, and HRC is the biggest defender of the president's inaction. From a fundraising appeal HRC president Joe Solmonese just sent out (hat tip to reader Daniel):
From President Obama's speech at our National Dinner to final House passage of hate crimes to the National Equality March, the nation's attention is on LGBT equality – we have a burst of momentum....HRC needs to show the community that it is serious about moving ahead on DADT, DOMA and ENDA, and about pressing the president to keep his promises on those issues.
