There was some great coverage of the Senate debate on Twitter from Sunnivie Brydum and One Colorado.
The bill needs final passage, then heads to the GOP-controlled House. It's will be tough in that body, but it's possible. I've heard from Colorado sources that if the bill gets to the floor, it could actually pass. The question is whether House leaders decide to thwart that by sending it to languish in committee.
