Yes, because showing up at a rally, holding a sign calling everyone there "scum" - well, actually, his sign said something else, as you can see by the screen capture above - is a sure fire way to ensure a civilized debate.
You might remember that this is the same guy who "doesn't like gay people," because so many don't act straight enough. And of course, the guy himself is flaming. (Then again, with a name like Hissey...) The "good part" is about 2:15 into the video below.
