Holder grilled on DOMA before the GOP House

I do hope Attorney General Holder told "Tex" Sensenbrenner that George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Ronald Reagan all refused to defend laws at one point or another.  And Congress passed a law specifically dealing with circumstances in which the President rightfully refused to defend a law in court, that's how the GOP House is now defending DOMA in court - pursuant to that law.  So clearly it's not that unusual of a thing.  Especially since His Holiness Pope Reagan the First did it.
