New York Assembly taking up marriage bill now. GOP Senators haven’t decided on their vote

Assembly Danny O'Donnell is leading the debate on the marriage equality bill in the New York Assembly. You can watch the debate here. Marriage has already passed in the Assembly and should again. We lost a couple votes in the November 2010 elections, but picked up another supporter today: Assembly Nelson Castro (D-Bronx).

Earlier today, after a four hour meeting of the Senate Republican Conference, there was no decision reached on the marriage vote. From Liz Benjamin, who always seems to know what's going on in NY politics:

Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos emerged to tell the antsy, hungry press corps and assorted advocates who have been working the halls on both sides of this issue that the Republicans will take up the issue again tomorrow.
