There were many great moments with much compelling testimony at the DOMA repeal hearing today. But, this had to be one of the best. It's classic.

This exchange might just explain why Maggie Gallagher didn't testify today. She doesn't want to get caught lying to Congress. Remember she didn't testify in the Prop. 8 trial either. She didn't want to get caught lying on the witness stand.
