Setback in Choi case

A judge has ruled that Choi can't advance the argument of malicious prosecution because his attorney didn't bring it up before the trial. In any case, Dan can most certainly make the argument in the court of public opinion - and that's something the Obama administration doesn't need with an election looking. Someone intelligent over at 1600 PA needs to make this case go away. Revenge is nice, but so is winning re-election.
