[GOP presidential candidate Rick] Santorum then said that if same sex marriage was legalized then "their sexual activity" would be seen as "equal" to heterosexual relationships and it would be taught in schools.There's video too, though it's 45 min long, so beware.
"Really--wow--um okay, well let's see if we can have a discussion. We can flesh out some, well, let's look at what's going to be taught in our schools because now we have same sex couples being the same and their sexual activity being seen as equal and being affirmed by society as heterosexual couples and their activity," Santorum said.
Rick Santorum has a serious hang up on the gay thing. He doesn't just oppose our civil rights, when he speaks about the gay I can't help feeling that there's something inside his head that's about to break. It's an obsession for him, and a hang up as well. The way he talks about gay civil rights reminds me of one of those fire-breathing preachers who always end up in bed with a male hooker. There's just something too emphatic about it.
