"The Good Wife" covers the GLAAD letter scandal

| Reddit | Tumblr | Digg | FARK

I was watching the TV show "The Good Wife" last night (mom turned me on to it over Christmas, it's quite good), and one of the lawyers has a meeting at GLAC, a gay rights group in Chicago.  He thinks he's being asked to help them fight a state DOMA bill, then finds out the real reason he's been called in. The executive director of the gay group is in trouble for writing a letter on behalf of AT&T for their now-failed merger attempt with T-Mobile, at the same time AT&T was making donations to the gay group.

It's GLAAD's AT&T scandal that we wrote about, and Mike Signorile dogged, last year.
