9th circuit to rule on Prop 8 case tomorrow

The American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) just received notice that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will render its decision in the Perry v. Brown case TOMORROW, Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. PST / 1:00 p.m. EST.
