Inclusive ENDA introduced in the Senate

Finally, a pro-LGBT equality bill emerges in the United States Senate.

A fully-inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) was introduced by Senators Merkley (D-OR), Kennedy (D-MA), Snowe (R-ME) and Collins (R-ME). Merkley is the new lead sponsor.
