In NY-26, it’s almost as if voters had more important things on their minds than gay-bashing

Yesterday, Democrat Kathy Kochul won a seat in the US House in a special election ina conservative district. She ran against the GOP plan to repeal Medicare, and it worked. Our friend Scott Wooledge sent me the following email that I don't think he'd mind me reprinting.

Kathy Hochul supports marriage equality.

She beat the Republican in a district that voted for the super-homophobic Carl Paladino.

It's almost as if voters have more important things on their mind than regulating what gay people do?
