Gay man sues over thong discrimination

He has a point.  Why are thongs in public okay for women but not men?  Because guys make the laws and guys think near-naked women are hot?  Then again, this guy wasn't exactly on the beach.  I wonder if the law differentiates between wearing a thong on the beach and wearing it on the subway?
