New House DOMA contract again appears to restrict employees' free speech rights

It's more than a bit problematic that the US government is requiring, via contract, that employees of a company give up their First Amendment rights.  I'm assuming we'll be hearing from Eric Holder, Barack Obama and Elena Kagan at any moment about how concerned they are about this fundamental threat to the rights of attorneys.

Oh, and the House Republicans made sure that sexual orientation is not included in the list of people protected by this contract.  Then again, since the contract is to deny equal rights to gays and lesbians, I suppose it would be a violation of the contract if sexual orientation were included.  Ironic, no?
