A nice video homage, below, to the 14 year old gay boy who just committed suicide after being bullied for a year at school. In related news, the police have opened a criminal investigation to determine whether or not any crimes were committed by those who reportedly bullied Jamie to death.
I get that kids are kids. I get that kids can be brutally mean. But when you write this kind of garbage...
"JAMIE IS STUPID, GAY, FAT ANND [sic] UGLY. HE MUST DIE!" one post said, according to local reports. Another read, "I wouldn't care if you died. No one would. So just do it :) It would make everyone WAY more happier!"...and the kid kills himself, you should have to pay a price.
Including the question of why these kids are still in school? If the school knows who the small group of kids are who were tormenting Jamie, then it had better be only a matter of time before they're expelled. Someone died because of what they did. I don't care how old you are, you're going to have to pay a price.
